 Imtiaz is looking for a vigilant and responsible "Officer – Control Room (CCTV Operator)" to monitor CCTV surveillance systems, identify security incidents, maintain accurate records and support the safety and security of company premises.

📍 Locations: Karachi, Abbottabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Islamabad, Faisalabad & Quetta

🎓 Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree preferred.

💼 Experience:

* 2–4 years of relevant experience as a CCTV Operator or Control Room Officer.

* Experience in retail, commercial facilities, shopping malls or large-scale operations will be preferred.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure the security of company premises.

* Identify, report, and escalate suspicious activities, security breaches or emergencies promptly.

* Maintain continuous surveillance and ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly.

* Record, document and maintain incident logs and surveillance reports.

* Coordinate with the Security team and relevant departments during incidents.

* Retrieve and review CCTV footage as required for investigations or management requests.

* Ensure compliance with company security policies and standard operating procedures.

* Report any technical faults or maintenance requirements related to CCTV systems.
