Job Description:

-Register and process PCA and PSI service requests in line with Business Rules and Country Instructions (Model I & II). 

-Encode, index, review, and validate trade and inspection documents in e‑Trade and related systems with high accuracy. 

-Process standard PCA files (Route B & C without inspection) as per the KPIs

-Coordinate with customers and Certification Centre to obtain missing documents and close pending tasks. 

-Finalize Certificates of Conformity (CoC) 

-Review encoded data and implement corrections and report amendments as required by Conformance/Trade Analysts. 

-Support process improvements, quality management system maintenance, and operational efficiency initiatives. 

-Carry out other duty as assigned by Business Manager/ Manager
