Key Responsibilities

∆ Oversee after-sales service operations and ensure smooth functioning of service activities

∆ Manage customer complaints, technical issues, and warranty-related matters

∆ Coordinate with in-house and authorized service centers nationwide

∆ Monitor service KPIs, turnaround time, and service quality standards

∆ Lead technical teams and ensure proper troubleshooting and issue resolution

∆ Coordinate with spare parts, technical, and operations teams for service support

∆ Maintain service reports, warranty records, and operational documentation

∆ Support implementation of service improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction programs

Requirements

∆ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering

∆ 3 to 6 years of experience in After Sales / Service Operations

Preference for candidates from Automotive, EV, or 2/3 wheeler industry

∆ Good understanding of service operations, warranty management, and customer handling
